IT Services
Syncos Solutions provides comprehensive IT services including but not limited to DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure management, security consulting, system integration, and technical support.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties or guarantees of specific results or continuous availability.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syncos Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, or for service interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control.In any case, our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for the service during the 6 months preceding the event that caused the issue.
